Missionary Pastor's Wife and Daughter

Monday - day of "highs" and "lows". 13-year old Granddaughter (wheelchair bound as her body is attacking itself with dystrophy) took her first steps in months. What joyous news of progress and a small victory. Her dad (my son) took her into Chicago, IL for special treatment and it paid off.

Meanwhile, her mom was unwell. While others were gone she drove herself to the hospital in Rockford, IL. She had a stroke (age 40) and no one is sure what will happen next.

To say Pastor Jeremiah Griffin and Tancy and their family need a whole bucket-load of prayer is understatement. Wisdom for what is to come and confidence that God is the Blessed Controller of all things.

They are working with the down-and-out ministry planting their 3rd church in the western Chicagoland (Rockford, Belvidere, Poplar Grove) region. Our church supports them and our family supports them because hey, he's my son and Chloe's my granddaughter!!
