Calvinists ARE Monergistic!
Once again, Calvinism denies scriptural monergism. Please address that faith is not works, and that election for salvation based on God crediting our faith as righteousness is monergistic.

so WHY can't you accept what Jesus says? What in Matthew 22 on the Parable of the Wedding Feast you don't understand? It is very clear to me that this is about the Kingdom of Heaven/God, and people were INVITED and they REJECTED this, and then others were also INVITED. What is your difficulty here?

why use this term, when Calvin himself never believed in the L of TULIP? it is a false representation!

We use terms because they have a common understood meaning and it allows us to communicate with each other. I've read the papers on "Was Calvin a Calvinist". There may be some truth to that. Or it may be that he never developed the extent of the atonement as far as they did later. It's not false to use a term in a sentence. Are you saying you want to be a Calvinist just without the "L"? That would be fine.

how about just dropping the name of a man, and call yourself a Bible-believing Christian? Calvin was no "saint"!

Define works from scripture

I think works in scripture would be like in Titus 3:5, doing righteous things or in James, doing good for others in need, or trying to keep the commandments that involve things you need to do like the ceremonial washings, or circumcision. I do not think that faith as spoken of related to salvation, where you agree with the gospel and rely on Jesus for your salvation and you are reaching out to take hold of that gift - is a work even if you are not a Calvinist and you feel you came to this understanding on your own.

he supported a murder!

I think he did. You ought to read MacArthur's old sermon on the way Anabaptists were treated by some of the Calvinists. That's why I like Baptists. The only way we have ever killed someone is slowly, though too many pot lucks with fried chicken and paper plates with side rails.
