A normal person does not respond to an annoying reporter that aggressively shoved a recorder in their face by grabbing their neck and body slamming them.

To be clear, at no point did any of us who witnessed this assault see Jacobs show any form of physical aggression toward Gianforte, who left the area after giving statements to local sheriff's deputies.

Later, the statement added, "After asking Jacobs to lower the recorder, Jacobs declined. Greg then attempted to grab the phone that was pushed in his face. Jacobs grabbed Greg's wrist, and spun away from Greg, pushing them both to the ground. It's unfortunate that this aggressive behavior from a liberal journalist created this scene at our campaign volunteer BBQ."

To make it clear, since you did not quote it, the report of him grabbing the wrist of the Gianforte comes from his "press guy". The other witness accounts, AKA Fox News journalists, said there was no physical aggression.

I am not disregarding an eye witness I just don't trust him. I listened to the audio and read what the majority of other eye witnesses have stated and came to my conclusion. You have gone on this journey not me. I am happy with the information I have to come the conclusion I have and you continue to change your mind based on new information you fined.
