check Amazon.com for a book on difficult Bible passages, there are several books covering the issues. I'm sure most of the ones you mention have logical answers.

Just curious, are these questions from someone disputing the inerrancy of the bible?

This one starts with a false statement. God did not decide that the lifespan of humans would be limited to 120 years in Genesis 6:3.

God was giving evil humanity 120 years before he sent the Great Flood.

Look at the context of Genesis 6.

Then the Lord said, “My Spirit will not contend with humans forever, for they are mortal; their days will be a hundred and twenty years.”The Lord saw how great the wickedness of the human race had become on the earth, and that every inclination of the thoughts of the human heart was only evil all the time. The Lord regretted that he had made human beings on the earth, and his heart was deeply troubled. So the Lord said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them. ” But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.

It's not the individual age of individual people that was the problem. It was that humanity has become tainted and so evil that it was only going to become progressively worse unless God stopped it.

He gave them a time limit before He wiped them out. After the Great Flood, the climate changed and the atmospheric conditions that controlled the sun's radiation changes and people began to rapidly have lower life expectancies.
