And what is sad is it wasn't just a Freudian slip, it was an ad? WOW!

No wonder the left hates Homeschooling so much.

I think that this issue with her has been discussed before here on the Baptist Board.

The last time the issue was posted here, I had just seen a rerun of "Rabbit-Proof Fence", based upon a true story in Australia wherein children of Aborigines were taken hundreds of miles from their parents and boarded at schools to teach them Australian ways. Some, who are still alive, escaped and followed the fence back to their homes and parents.

If this was wrong for Aborigines, and everyone realizes that it was, then what right does Melissa Harris-Perry have to do this to other people's children? The thing about Melissa Harris-Perry is that she would say racism in the Australian case but would call it cultural diversity when she does it.

This issue was discussed as a side item on her comment that children are not alive unless the parents say that they are. I think that we have a poster on this board who holds the anti-science idea that the unborn child is not alive.

We don't have to go to Australia for an example. The same thing was done as recently as 75 years ago to Native American children. Same results.

Quite true, but Australia has the black-white race component that Melissa Harris-Perry is driving at. She would deplore what happened to the Aborigines but she is eager to teach Caucasians a lesson in cultural diversity by following the communist path of taking children from their parents.

I think she is just a normal liberal who thinks that the answer to anything in society is for the government to take control. The government will make everything fair and better. Just ask a liberal?
