Witness: Russian Probe Grand Jury Like Something Out of a 'Black Lives Matter Rally' - Breitbart

A witness with knowledge of the Russian probe says participants in the grand jury look like a “Bernie Sanders rally” or something taken from a “Black Lives Matter rally in Berkeley.”

According to Page Six, the witness noted that there are 20 jurors, 11 of which are black and two of which wore “peace T-shirts.” The witness said, “there was only one white male in the room, and he was a prosecutor.”

The grand jury meets every Friday, and the witness said, “That room isn’t a room where POTUS gets a fair shake.”

More racist garbage.

Is it racist to point out that 11 of 20 of Mueller's [D.C.] grand jurors are black? Or that on average 90% of U.S. blacks vote democrat, D.C. almost certainly higher?

It's not all hard for me to believe “That room isn’t a room where POTUS gets a fair shake.”

Is it racist to point out that 9 of the 12 jurors in O.J. Simpson's trial were black, and to consider what a farce that trial was?

I believe Mueller should be fired and himself investigated for his performance under Obama.

Yes, it is racist. Oh no, black people are here, only white people will be impartial. Save us!

Well you're wrong, in more ways than one. It's NOT racist, it's articulating the obvious,, and your knee jerk accusation of racism assaults one of our basic rights.

Oh well if you say so I guess that settles it. The examples are literally racist. No knee jerk. I don’t know what to tell you.

Well, you ought to be in a courtroom when the defense is making motion after motion about the jury pool not being diverse enough when a defendant is black.

Why, because black people are against Trump?

Trump got 8% of the black vote, so obviously it would make sense for Mueller to recruit blacks if he's out to stack the jury the way he has his investigative team.

No racism, just articulating the obvious.

Yea, carpro has made his share of knee jerk accusations on this forum too..

Most people have. But...

This is an article. Nothing kneejerk, on my part, about it. I haven't even stated an opinion one way or the other.

Some people just don't want the obvious pointed out if they happen to disagree with it. So they play the race card. Says more about the weak position of the poster than it does about the article. They have nothing substantive to contribute, so they throw out an insult. Routine MO on their part, I'd guess.

My question is does the jury reflect the jurisdiction of this particular court? If it does, then it's like complaining that there are no Apaches on the jury. If it doesn't then we have a problem.

For that to be true, there would have to be zero white males in the district? Whadda ya think?

It does not reflect the U.S. populous. This is a national, not a city issue.

But as I understand it, jurors a drawn from a given locality. Yes, it would be better in cases like this if it were different. But, it isn't, no matter how much we wish it were.
