Basic rock band, often the keyboard is used just for traditional hymns and the like.

We use Acoustic Guitar, Electric Bass, Grand piano, occasional flute, and sometimes some extra praise team singers...We used to have a drummer, but he moved away...we use these for all the music, new songs, and very old hymns.

P.S. I feel like we just had this thread... :laugh:

We have a band (pretty much the same people every week) and a group of singers who rotate in on a weekly schedule. I think they consider the band and the singers together to be the "praise team."

Main Campus: Worship team with full instruments

Our Campus: 1-2 singers with backing tracks and sometimes a visiting team from the main campus. We're trying to work with the teens to build up a worship team.

Other Campus: Worship team with full instruments. They also have a beautiful pipe organ that they use for the call to worship song which is always a hymn.

If everyone is there on a Sunday morning service, we have;
piano, organ, couple guitars, bass guitar, baritone sax, alto sax, flute, clarinet, drums, two or three singers on the front of the platform, and the choir (anywhere from 15-25).

Gives us quite a range in selection of music for our service.
