Muslims and the Rapture

Partly, but we do know that the Muslims are looking forward to the 12th Imam who fits the description of the antichrist to a "t".

In Revelation we're told how people will be beheaded for rebellion against the Antichrist. I have not been able to understand that for years because I thought that must be symbolism for "execution" since nobody uses that form of execution anymore. Lately with all the exposure of Islam I realized that beheading is the Muslim execution of choice. That's when I started thinking that the Antichrist will be a Muslim.

Just my thoughts. Don't :tonofbricks:

Very well may be the case, and puts a whole new vision on what martyrdom will cost during the Great Tribulation. It won't be nice little guillotine's wheeled from city to city like from the '70's movies...it will be radicals pulling you out of your homes, shoving you to your knees and slowly sawing off your head on the internet for the whole world to see.

Because there is not going to be a Rapture, its foolish to speculate on what will happen to Muslims in an event that is not going to happen.

(Defining "Rapture" as pre-trib coming of Jesus to take "true believer" out of the earth and let the earth suffer a seven year period of tribulation.)

Are you one of the scoffers Paul mentions?

If you go back to the OP you'll find that the thread was supposed to be for those who believed in a pre-trib rapture. I don't think it was supposed to be for debate about the rapture.

Tom you are correct - I already mentioned that once to her in a post - but it appears that it did no good.:tonofbricks:

Good point. They should have shown that in those "theif in the night" movies.
