    Joshua, I am very heart broken to hear of your loss. My prayers will be with you.

    Remember always that we serve a loving God who is in control of all things.

    Once when I was going through a dificult time, I was talking to a pastors wife whose family are good friends of mine.
    Aftrer I had told her what I was going through, she point to the sky and quoted Psalm 19: 1-2

    The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
    Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

    It had an amazing calming effect on me and I hope that as you remember the greatness of our Sovereign Lord, the Almighty God of the universe, you will find comfort in His Grace.

    Oh, Joshua. I am so so sorry to hear this. I have enjoyed watching you count down the days, and I am so shocked and saddened. I cannot imagine what you are going through, but my heart aches with you and Kristi. I will be lifting you up often. :(

    I haven't told my wife about this post just because I don't want to upset her.

    Oh, Joshua! I'm SO sorry!! Words can't even begin to help but I know that the God of all Comfort can. I went through this 3 years ago with a dear, dear friend and sat with them weeping holding their daughter Elizabeth, who passed away at 39 weeks. Prayers for you and your wife are being said right now........please accept our sympathies.

    PS - I just wanted to add this link - it is a print that was very comforting to me in my early losses (lost 2 babies - one at 8 weeks gestation and one at 10 weeks) and my friend who lost her daughter at 39 weeks purchased the print for her bedroom. http://bgray.com/godofallcomfort.html

See Colossians 1:24 May the Lord Jesus Christ be the one comforter we seek---when you and your dear wife are suffering---the Lord Jesus is experiencing the same with you--we're praying for you, Brother Joshua!!
