My Past, My Present, My Future

Greetings my fellow Baptist Board Members,

I have lurked her for many-a-year; high time that I introduced myself that I might gain sufficient privilege to begin posting and replying.

My Past
Born into a Christian home, born-again at a very early age, and raised on a farm.
Sensed the Call of God on my life for the better part of my life.
I have served as:

• Youth Director
• Youth Pastor
• Camp Director
• Children's Missionary

My Present

• Pastor (14 years and counting)
• Correctional Chaplain (10 years and counting)

I'm married to my Bible School Sweetheart (25 years this year) and we have 9 wonderful children. I am currently finishing up a Masters degree in Education.

My Future

It's in His hands.
Though I am a follower of Christ above all else, I have walked the Baptist road for my entire life. The depth of my interest in Baptist history has only increased as the years accumulate. I trust that I might be a blessing here and receive a blessing also as we discuss the infallible Word of God.
