Re: Romans 10:18 in regards to Romans 10:17.1 For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament showeth his handiwork.
2 Day unto day uttereth speech, And night unto night showeth knowledge.
3 There is no speech nor language; Their voice is not heard.
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoiceth as a strong man to run his course.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heavens, And his circuit unto the ends of it; And there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. Ps 19

You are conflating special revelation through a speaking gift with what God speaks by His creation to everyone.Re: Acts of the Apostles 1:8; Acts of the Apostles 2:5-11 in regard to Romans 10:18.

Psalms 19:4? Pentecost? I do not think so.No, I'm not. Romans 10:18 is precisely what occurred at Pentecost.
Psalms 19:4? Pentecost? I do not think so.
Who else thinks Psalms 19:4 refers to Pentecost? It's too bad that you don't see it. It's your loss. I suppose you also don't think John the Baptist raised valleys, leveled mountains, graded the rough places, and straightened highways, and that he was also Elijah.
The purpose of natural revelation is so men have faith. So they have no excuse for not believing truth.@37818, question for you. Who is them and they?
1 Brethren, my heart`s desire and my supplication to God is for them, that they may be saved.
18 But I say, Did they not hear? Yea, verily, Their sound went out into all the earth, And their words unto the ends of the world. Ro 10

Context? Romans 10:17-18 is context. Romans 9:31-Romans 10:1 is out side of the context of Romans 10:17-18. Now Romans 10:16, John 12:38 is from Isaiah 53:1 context. My argument stands. From the context, Romans 9:31-33; Romans 10:1, Romans 10:18, who is them and they?
