Been there…and Albany, Buffalo, Utica, Rochester, Corning, Elmira. NY was a territory I had to get moving to increase the numbers and it was difficult to say the least. Plattsburgh was the coldest and Syracuse was the snowiest. Every day grey sky and snow. Made me long for ScrantonDuring the Syracuse, 92-93 season - 192.1 inches
During the Fulton, 1995-96 season 273.9
Note: Fulton is about 30 miles NW of Syracuse.
A lot of the snow is due to Lake Effect
