What do you think about Near Death Eperiences?

I typically chalk it up to being near death and the physical effects associated with that condition.

It's likely all physically induced. My dreams seem real, and when I have had high fevers, I'm imagined things, so it doesn't take much brain power to understand that one's body being near-death, could bring on these experiences that book publishers love.

I've read of a few accounts that I've thought were beyond rational explanation. Many are not convincing to me, though.
