If an apartment is ok, check out Woodway on the Green Apartment Complex. It is a very nice place. My wife and I stayed there when we lived in Fort Worth. It is in a fairly good part of town, and the management encourages senior citizens and seminary students to live there by offering a discount on deposits, etc...

I'm very familiar with that complex because about 5 or 6 of my friends have lived there over the past decade. (I used to live about a block away in another complex.)
I would not be as quick to recommend it due to the quickly declining neighborhood (lots of drug use and dealing in the area in the past 3 or 4 years -- I've seen it myself and heard about it from a friend who is a police officer assigned to that neighborhood) and the condition of the Woodway on the Green apartments. The apartments are older and the rent is not much better, if any, than other newer apartments in better parts of Fort Worth.
While there is a gate and a guy watching the gate from inside an air-conditioned building off to the side, he waves everyone through... Unless someone held up a sign that said they were up to no good, it would make little difference.
I'll try to get over to the seminary sometime soon and see what they have on the board, but the best solution to finding an apartment in Fort Worth is to use an apartment finder service -- it's free to you and they can look for seminary student discounts and move-in specials.
