I'm old enough to buy whipped cream!!!!
What the state wants to regulate is the nitrous oxide used as a propellant.
That's what governments do - everything from behavior (criminal law), to methods of interacting and conducting business (family law and business law), to safety regulations (traffic, building codes, food safety, drug abuse prevention, etc.).Actually, it amounts to "the state wants to regulate"
Whatever needs to be next.So what is going to be next!
When it is no longer necessary.Where is it going to end?

All of this comes under promotion of the "general welfare" of the population as one of the purposes of the U.S. Constitutional system.
But who determines it needs to be a law?Whatever needs to be next.
The question is when will this end - I am referring to passing unnecessary laws. When it is no longer necessary.
Common sense isn't as common as we would like to think it is. A glance at the meme threads on this site demonstrates that many in our company are disconnected from reality and consequences.I agree that we need some -ie traffic regulations - but every time you turn around they are passing something that is just plain common sense.
Our elected representatives and the voters. But who determines it needs to be a law?
Apparently, many people find that law necessary to prevent teens and children from harming themselves. How has this law negatively affected you?The question is when will this end - I am referring to passing unnecessary laws.
Those lists of dumb and weird laws are examples of essentially dead laws still on the books, but are not enforced, with many of them being unenforceable. That's actually quite common. Don't mistake entertainment (lists of dumb laws) with laws that are enforced.ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

I don't understand your point.I have made my point - ..............................
When I was a teen, I couldn't buy airplane glue or spray paints after around 1980. It was a real pain since I built a lot of gliders and model rockets.Nothing new here. In some places (some Indian reservations for instance) restrictions on spray paint are in place on account of kids huffing paint.
Next? Over the counter cold medicines containing pseudoephedrine?Actually, it amounts to "the state wants to regulate"
So what is going to be next! Where is it going to end?
My friends and I could always buy that stuff. When I was a teen, I couldn't buy airplane glue or spray paints after around 1980. It was a real pain since I built a lot of gliders and model rockets.
At the same time, I knew that a lot of my peers were huffing that stuff when they didn't have money to buy the harder drugs.
Thank you for correcting that story.
