I'm an Eagle Scout. I did my duty on the cold hard ground. Now I go for the mattress.

Oh yes. And never again!

How often do you go camping?

 

3-4 times a year.

Do you camp in a campground or really out in the wilderness?

 

My wife slept in a tent once - from that time on - the only roughing she'll do - is in a Red Roof Inn!!!

 

my son and I went to camp out with the scouts. We could not find his troop. We did find others. We slept in my extended cab pickup. It wasn't so bad.

When on the road, do you look for a particular hotel chain?

do you travel light?

 

By myself I generally do, but when going with the family, it looks like where moving with all the clutter we got going on.

When out for a spin, do you drive or ride?

 

mostly ride. Rob is usually on automatic and gets straight in the drivers seat.

OK, if you had a British house guest, what traditional American fare would you cook for them.?

Today is Friday, any plans for the week-end?

 

Meeting a friend for a pint after work tonight, vegging tomorrow, going down to my parents' Sunday (very early Sunday - I'm meeting them at church, so I'll be leaving my house around 8. for me, on a Sunday, that's early - I usually get up around 9).

Cans or bottles?

 

Usually buy cans of DDP; but I don't like drinking from a can so I pour it in a glass with ice.

Glass or plastic bottles?

 

I like glass, but it mostly comes in plastic.
Unless I am in Haiti. Coke only comes in glass there.

How many pets do you have?

 

Just some fish at the moment. Are they pets???

Cats or dogs?

 

dogs, most definitley. we do have a cat, but she don't do anything. would have dogs anytime.


are you watching television this evening?

 

Probably not.

Are you or are you not looking for a reprieve from this miserable weather that we were all once looking forward to?

 

It's not to bad here Kelly. The evenings really cool down and we have been out in the pm playing wiffle ball and swimming.

Matches or lighters what? What is it you want to catch on fire exactly?

It's scorching hot here. In fact the weather man said that there was a health warning because of the heat that everyone should keep hydrated and not do too much outdoor activities. It's in the low 100's today.

Do you take your car to the carwash or do the dirty work yourself?

 

My own, because I'm clever, funny, charming, dashing, etc.
