Yes...since this is Part 9, it is getting harder to ask questions that haven't already been asked. There are new people coming in every day though and they haven't seen them, so it's probably okay. [IMG]

Is being the parent of a Pastor harder than being the child of one?

    Sue,

I suspect that they are very few people who are both parent and child of a pastor - you ought to start a thread with that question and see what kind of response you get.

Why is it that when you plan to get a lot of work done - it always rains?

I don't know, but since we have been trying to get the outside of the house painted...it sure seems like that is true!!!

Why does it always rain the day after you wash your car?

God is just washing off the bird doo since when you wash your car the bird seem to target it.

Has it been raining there as much as it has here?

I don't know...I haven't been watching the news. So, I don't know how much it's raining where you are. It's not raining here.

What will you do for the 4th of July?

Don't usually, but will this year because grandson is here.

    Do you still catch fireflies?

Yes... but they're too fast for me to catch many. Usually catch them in my hands now.......

Do you use mosquito dunks or sprays in your yard?

No, but my neighbor has a 2 bug zappers and we use citronella. But, I don't think they really work.

Jan used to - Jan does on occasion - Jan does, but not to often. She has a bread making machine - it makes good bread.

(I have found a bread I really like "English Muffin Bread.") {Sherrie wouldn't eat it - its white - but real good - though probably not good for you!!]

    Do you play chess?

I do play chess. I taught the boys. My 9 year old plays in tournaments around the county and abroad. He has beaten me a few times and left me scratchin' my head.

    MOM!!!

Do you burn the candles at both ends?

Well I assumed you ment when you light a candel in your house, and I really don't see how you can burn both ends...at least not at the same time anyway.

    Can someone explain?
