We're having ham, potatoes {mashed and potato salad}, green beans, corn, and homemade apple pie. And kids and grandkids for dinner.

When you make a big meal and have a bunch of leftovers, what do you do with them?

We usually don't have leftovers. But, when we do it's squash, green beans, 1 spoonful mashed taters, or a casserole. We let them stay in the fridge as long as we can and grow mold in them. Once we had a tupperware bowl get put on the bottom shelf in the back. We could not remember when we put it there. When we opened it, we could not even tell what it was. We threw it away, bowl and all.

Do you go to the dentist for a cleaning every 6 months?

Yes - it is a sound investment of money to get these choppers (10 crowns and a 3 tooth bridge) cleaned. Before I became a diabetic - I used to chew fire balls - and it had a devestating effect on my teeth!! :(

Do you find it interesting that so many people have ham for Easter Dinner - especially since we are celebrating the resurrection of the Son of Abraham - the Son of David - The God Man - who probably never ate any ham?

Not really, ham for Easter, turkey for Thanksgiving and both for Christmas!

    Having guests for Easter dinner?

I used to, very much so. I ended up going on daily meds for a while and taking shots for them, then was allergic to the meds and went on two others and yes, it worked, but I couldn't live with either the migraines or the daily meds, so I prayerfully quit. That was about a year ago? I haven't had another one yet. I've had some symptoms, but it just hasn't happened yet and I hope it doesn't. It used to be a constant, I'd have symptoms for days building up to sudden intense migraine, it would leave and shortly after the symptoms would start again. Worse than unmedicated labor, worse than after having impacted wisdom teeth surgically removed, I wouldn't know where I was or what I was doing and wanted out of the pain enough once I was pulled out of the road because I wanted to get hit, but didn't remember it until after and then barely. I still probably *should* go finish the MRI all the way, but they'd have to kill me first to get me back in there. [IMG]

What's was the cause of the worst physical pain you've ever been in?

Being around unsaved family members. They avoid being left alone with me in a room. I love them very much and want to see them in heaven.

Do you live in a dry county?

Yes, there are. There are a few in North Carolina that I know of, and I'm sure there have to be some in other states. A friend of mine lives right by a county line, and on her side of the line is a liquor store, just the perfect place for those living in the dry county next door to get their fifths.

Maybe I should've left this for someone else [IMG] PENGUINS!
Unless that doesn't count 'cause it's a bird

    In that case, cats [IMG]

I think I'll just repeat (unless there's some rule against it?)

    What's your favorite animal?

I used to play spades online, but found the chat content less than desirable. As much as I like to play, I could not put up with the a/s/l.

Do you have carpet or hardwood floors?

Hardwood. I like them, but they're the devil to keep clean. I dry mop most days, just to get the cat hair up.

Oops! Favorite movie? The Lion In Winter.

Q: Do you like the water? You know, the shore, boating, fishing, that kind of stuff?

Yep. Used to love jet skiis, boats, fishing. I'd probably sink one now though. Love the ocean, haven't been in forever though but keep planning to take the kids on vacation sometime so they can see it, I think it's horrid that they're this old and haven't yet!
I especially like water falls, I go to Niagara Falls a lot because of it, the kids like it too.

    What's your favorite constellation?
