    God always watches - if we thought about that more - perhaps we would be more obedient to Him.

    Locally - big brother is usually watching - I wish he'd get another occupation!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

    How much did it cost to fill up your gas tank this week? I hit $20 and quit, got 3/4 of a tank with it, and I started with a bit less than a quarter tank.

    $25 - for one car - probably about the same for the other car. When I bought my first car, back in 1968, the cost of gas was about $0.30/gallon.

    What did gas cost per gallon when you bought your first car?

    My first car was a 1952 Willys and gas was 25 cents a gallon. For that, we got full service and green stamps!!!!

    Do you prune your trees or just let them grow tall and spread out like they want to?

    We cut down the last two trees we had in our yard about a year ago.

    Before we cut them down - we let them grow as they would. The only prunning was to cut away branches that hit the roof of the house.

    Now I have no leaves to rake - I love it.
    Now she wants some small flowering ornamental trees - I could live without them - but we will probably put some in -- some day.


    Do you like chicken barbecues?

    I'm not real keen on anything barbequed unless it is done very lightly; but I LOVE chicken!!! My specialty is Southern Fried Chicken...could eat it three times a day! Gotta have mashed potatoes, gravy, scalloped corn, and apple pie with it though. :D

    I have a smokeless indoor grill and I use it all winter. Do you grill much inside/out?

    Outside.

    We bought a new grill - last year - only used it about three times. I think we've used it more than that this year.

    Hotdogs - burgers - steaks - pork chops - all taste better on a grill.

    Hint for Kelly - try a hotdog on the grill with lots of onions - maybe you'll like them that way.


    Have you ever ate pork from a pig roast? (Best pork I ever had!!)

    My schedule allows me to be on very little. I actually use a friends computer to get online when I'm in town. I do enjoy spending what time I have looking around.
