    No; I get a huge hunger for coffee about once
    every two months. I have one or two cups, and
    that is all for another couple months.

    Have you ever been hooked on soda pop? I mean
    really needing it? Have you ever gone through
    a negative withdrawal from soda pop?

    I am hooked right now, and have been for five years, on DDP (Diet Dr. Pepper). I get shaky if I don't have at least one a day and usually more! :D Not really sure why, it has no caffeine in it...just another one of my little quirks I guess. It is the ONLY diet soda that doesn't taste yuck or leave that aftertaste in my mouth.

    Anyone else have any addictions???

    I'm addicted to my addictions. :eek: My dad was a conserve energy freak. This has trickled down to his children. I usually have the lights off during the daytime and only use light where I am. This would not be so bad, but I feel the need to do this wherever I am. Not all appreciate having their lights turned off in their own homes.

    Do you still live in the town you grew up in?

    Yes, as a matter of fact, I live in the next block from where I was born! "There's no place like home."

    Have you/or do you intend to move away from the state where your parents/family live?

    I like being in the place where I was born, not the exact house , unfortunately, but nearby, I have not got any plans to leave here. [​IMG]

    I have four children, all married, and 16 grandchildren...but they all live out of state. [​IMG]

    Any major remodeling plans this summer?

    Not much to remodel. I live in roughly 725 sq ft. I guess I could move my ottoman around.

    Is it time for some new furniture?

    I desparately need another bookcase, other than that no. My husband doesn't like to part with anything. We have too much stuff as it is. [​IMG]

    Hrm.. I bought (as in paid for, and haven't picked up yet) flowers for my father's and grandfather's graves.. does that count?

    Is your church doing anything special for Father's Day?

    No, my husband went to the hospital for medication for me as my sciatica flared up and I couldn`t walk. :eek: :eek:

    Not technically.. We have a ladies' meeting on Thursday nights, and I go sometimes, but it's always held at the church.

    I do, but I don't have the time right now. I like to knit and cross stitch and I would love to be able to crochet.

    I don't have a favourite book. I will read just about anything. There are books I am looking forward to reading this summer though.


    Do you prefer to buy books or use the library?
