    Nope.. just roses, sunflowers, daisy's, and the random wildflowers that come in those little wildflower seed packets! :D

    We grow all our own vegetables, and I have mint, sage and thyme in the yard,and gooseberry and blackcurrant bushes.
    Do you have fruit bushes and trees?

    we have blackcurrants and gooseberries , loganberries, raspberries and strawberries. We recently bought a greengage tree, but I think it is dead, we will have to take it back. I love to have plums or greengages in the garden.


    do you buy in plants or grow from seeds and cuttings

    A little of both, actually!

    I buy my roses as plants, but my other flowers, and my veggie garden come from seeds. My house plants are mostly cuttings from plants that belong to my Gram.

    Do you floss daily?

    Nah. I have a great dentist in my hometown, and go see him once a year. Haven't had a cavity since I was eleven. When I was younger, I was really bad on my teeth - I didn't brush regularly and didn't floss ever - and ended up with quite a few cavities before I was nine, but now I'm diligent. [​IMG]

    Q: Do you visit your doc regularly?

    I plead the fifth! Ok, don't no body get mad at me and fuss, but I'm suposed to wear glasses, because one of my eyes is REALLY REALLY bad. As in if you stand three feet in front of me, I can't make out your face. As in to read with that eye, I would have to hold the book right against my nose. Soulution: I don't use that eye. My other eye has pretty good vision, so I just look out of it.

    Do you sing while you clean?

    Seriously - I usually shower about 6:00 AM - if I were to sing at that time of day - Jan would probably kick me out!!!

    No. They tried to get me to order a limo for myself,
    anoter for my first husband's parents, another for
    the flowers, and one for other family members
    when my first died, "to honor him." I responded,
    "I will honor him by not frivilously spending money."
    I guess I am not impressed by them.

    What color are the majority of your shoes?

    Sometimes. I bought a machine, but evey once in
    a while, I call in the pros.

    Is your kitchen carpeted? (I dislike kitchen carpet.)

    Yes. I have a living room and a dining room. I also have a dinette set in my kitchen that was my mothers when I was a little girl.

    Am I the only person who does NOT have a 'good' set of china and silverware used only for company?

    My guess would be yes. Jan always wants new china and cooking stuff - she more often that not - gets what she want in this area.

    What do you do with the old china when you get new china?
