Scolded By The Judge: George Floyd witness talks back one too many times to Chauvin Defense team
This is one hostile witness. Her testimony weighs heavily against her assumptions and accusations. Also, she didn't want to review the transcript of her eyewitness account to police before appearing in court, then doesn't want to review that transcript in court. The prosecutor doesn't want her eyewitness account to come out in court, but is overruled by the judge. The judge eventually had to clear the court to give her a dressing down for her combative attitude.
One specific item that came out in court was that she described Floyd as a small slender man. Busted. Despite her claims to the contrary, especially as an EMT, she was far too emotional on the scene and far too emotional in court. She admitted that on the scene she called the police a "b***h." This witness is going not by her own eyewitness testimony, but by what she has learned in the news. Bad optics for the prosecution both directly and indirectly. They and the witness are trying to hide the truth.

She also testified that she never said that the full bodyweight of all three officers (she thought there were four), were on Floyd. She then had to recant that and admit that she had indeed said that.
It was like pulling eyeteeth to get the truth out of her. Very argumentative.

Looks like the judge is running a tight ship, as it should be.

this is a kangaroo trial in a kangaroo courtroom, a sham. All the jurors know of the settlement and got seated just by saying it wouldn't matter. One actually said she registered to vote on hopes of being on this jury, bet that's not to acquit.
defense is winning the case by the testimony of witnesses for the defense. Here you have that Karen, the noob "firefighter" and a general know-it-all who can't seem to count to four and told a dispatcher that Floyd was slender and slight, maybe in comparison with her.
And there was the self-professed MMA expert who said that Chauvin used a "blood choke" on the druggie, all the while wearing a BLM shirt under his heavier one, trying to impress that jury.
And the black police chief having to admit that that knee was on his back, that was painful to watch. Another time was when the girlfriend was on the stand and had to admit SHE was "momma",
Narrative has fallen apart but no faith at all in this jury, the defense won't get them to see this case beyond the tip of their SJW's noses. Justice for career criminals you know.

Perhaps. Given her expressed degree of bias, a dressing down in front of the jury, with threat of contempt of court, might have been much fairer to the defense.

there are video clips and photos that show that the police guy did have his knee on Floyds kneck. We also know this from testimony given by senior police officers, who have also said that what happened here was wrong and not according to normal practice. This, my friend is evidence, that now needs to be examined and conluded on

Dont act so dumb as to not know what is a black city. And the narrative even blacks push is racially charged, I see your tuned into it also with your comment.
They talk about whites with extreme racist overtones, they have created the racism we see today, that is the societal paradigm they have created. And now because of that it is likely to stay this way for a very long time.

the USA is a nation made up of immigrants, with the real Americans being the so called "Red Indian"
It is not conclusive evidence that it contributed to his death. Im looking for specific evidence. I already know what happened. Just because we dont like what he did is not enough evidence to reach the conclusion that he intentionally and knowingly killed him.
I do not know. I think they want it to be a "cause".
But the only thing that seems to have occurred is Mr. Floyd was denied medical care in a medical crisis.
