excuse me? I did listen to your points and wrote a very long, detailed reply to you - how is that evidence that I am not listening.

The piece you posted is riddled with logical inconsistancies yet you refuse to discuss them when asked? how come?

But Blix is on the ground in Iraq - I think he is in a better position to judge, don't you?

Because he and my Prime Minister are destablishing the entire international order - that effects everyone on earth, not just Americans. Following your logic why should Saddam tell you anything? You are not an Iraqi.

 

I think you better go back and read Blix's 167 page report 'from the ground'. That is what Colin Powell used to make his statement that, despite the fact that, Hussein has had 12 years to disarm he has lied over and over and has not complied.

If Hussein is no threat; why does he keep lying? If he has no intentions of using all the weapons he has; why not destroy them like he promised?

I don't expect Hussein to tell me anything, (unless he would be willing to come on American soil to do it), which I'm sure will never happen.

If the disarmament terms have not been met by March 17; the USA will use military force, with or without the UN. War is inevitable.

Since it is not our decision to make and it is out of hands; don't you think it's kind of silly to argue about it?

Perhaps the US should withdraw from providing aid and military support of all other nations. pull back into our own borders and tighten them. use the money we send out ( to help other nations.) to build strong defense systems. tell everyone to go home and severely limit trade and interaction with other nations. that would stop hussein from bothering us.

If Hussein kills millions of his own people without remorse, who cares... If he bullies his neighbors, who cares. As long as he is not able to touch us directly. Just stay away from us and we will sit back and watch and let you do whatever you want. Probably should have done the same thing with nazi germany. as long as you don't touch us we will just let you do whatever you want. We should stop being the world's policeman.
