No more faith?

Here is a lyric from the Andrew Peterson song, "No more faith":

I say faith is a burden
It's a weight to bear
It's brave and bittersweet
And hope is hard to hold to
Lord, I believe
Only help my unbelief

Till there's no more faith
No more hope
I'll see your face and Lord, I'll know
That only love remains

This song is actually encouraging to me, but I wonder, Is this biblical? Is there any reference to Faith or hope continuing on in the New Creation?

Some verses that might be pertinent:
-For we were saved in this hope, but hope that is seen is not hope; for why does one still hope for what he sees? But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with perseverance. (Romans 8:24-25).
-Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith -- the salvation of your souls (1 Peter 1:9)
-So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. (1 Corinthians 13:13 ESV)

I seem to remember a verse that says something about hope increasing in heaven or the new earth, but I can't find it.

Also, here's a link to an article arguing that there WILL be faith & hope in heaven, based on 1 Cor. 13.

If you ask your self ("will God still be worshiped?") Your only answer I think would have to be yes there will always be faith.

Faith is the portal by which our covenant with God stands, moves through, and operates. At the end of our faith, we shall see the Triune God in all His splendor and glory. Love is what will carry is through the eternals ages of heaven, and not faith.

Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen(Heb 11:1). When we have seen the Triune God in His splendor and glory, we'll no longer need faith, just His love to carry through eternity with Him.

They all knew He died and they all knew He rose from the dead. They all had real life experience with Him. So they could not have had faith as you have explained it.

Revelation teaches those spirits in heaven are waiting and hoping for the day of the resurrection. So we must slice the pie a little thinner. All three, faith, hope and love will remain during the interval when we are in heaven, but the second coming has not occurred. But once we enter the eternal kingdom, perhaps only love will remain, since all else will have been fulfilled.

Forgive me for being contentious. We are brothers here yet I need to know the answers to my questions and not so much your opinions. Are you ignoring what I asked about the disciples and there seeing and Knowing Jesus first hand?. Just as we will know God when we get to heaven. They knew with out doubt even though Thomas had to touch Him first to cinch it for him.
I see conflict when Faith is removed. Faith is also trust and with out trust what are we going to do?. It's impossible for me to see my self with out faith. Based on scripture I do not believe it ever says faith will be done away with.

We are told the disciples was told where He is we will be also, that in the Fathers house there is many rooms. Jesus did not take them when He was taken out they have to and had to take it by faith, what they did not see.

They have seen much but have not gone where He was apart from a revelation in the Spirit so they had to take it by faith.

What faith will we need in heaven we will know when we get there. Trust and belief is apart of faith.

Faith and hope are not eternal. In that the words are right. However, faith is power, not a burden. Faith moves mountains.

It sounds to me as if they are singing of a carnal faith, and indeed, the flesh is too weak to maintain even a carnal faith.
