Leave it to the NY Slimes to sling the mud - Trump sold this casino in 2009. From a debt collection standpoint, New Jersey would probably rather have $5M in their hands than $0 of a contested $30M bill. Happens all the time: ""If you owe the IRS $10,000 or more we can settle your debt for pennies on the dollar". They won't prove collusion or corruption, only because they can't.
