    Samford University, where Beeson is located, is Baptist. But Beeson tries to reach across denominational lines.

    Yes, Timothy George has wanted it to have a very Evangelical flavor, but it is still Baptist. :D

    I have one advanced master's degree from the Churches of Christ Grad School of Religion, Harding Univ. Grad School.

    I got my doctorate from The University of the South's (Episcopal) School of Theology.

    Any come back or "angry exhortations?"

    That's not true concerning fundamentalism and liberalism. Fundamentalists begin with the presumption that the Bible is God-breathed and therefore the very Word of God. Liberals believe that the Bible is simply a recollection of man's attempt to describe God and explain their attempts to connect with God - a concept that in itself is also man-made.

    So Fundamentalists believe in God and the Bible, while liberals believe in an evolving concept of God with the Bible merely a description of that.
