I am trying to install Norman anti virus and there seems to be some kind of glitch as i keep getting a message saying that i need to restart the computer, but this is sending me round in circles. Any ideas please?

No. I mean Norman. It is an anti virus program
Huh. Hadn't heard about Norman before. Not the best reviews; but personally, I dislike Norton....
Best I can tell you is, don't do the re-start. If it won't let you continue with Windows, try re-booting into SafeMode and uninstall Norman; then, when the computer restarts, you can try to re-install Norman....
