So it's an article from June 2018. Where's the lawsuit sitting now? It's been four months...

The part owner of the New York Times, Carlos Slim, should have an "e" added to his last name. He stole the Mexican telephone company for a song with the help of his personal friend former Mexican President Carlos Salinas. Carlos Slim is probably the richest man in the world. He lives 24/7/365 on the French Riviera for security reasons. He owns Tracfone in this country lock stock and barrel and who knows what else. He dislikes Trump. I doubt if he ever gave a peso to anyone in his life.

Don't forget President Trump does not take his president salary. Just looking over the whole playing field.

The Trump Foundation attorneys requested dismissal and it was apparently denied.

Meanwhile, the Trump family accountant, Allen Weisselberg, has been granted immunity for his cooperation in multiple investigations of the family financial dealings, including the Trump Foundation -- of which he was treasurer.

I'm quite certain everything is being carefully examined. When that process is complete, they will either drop the case, in the event there is not much of a legal issue, or proceed with a trial, possibly adding additional counts if they are warranted.

But never fear, Rudy Giuliani has claimed that Trump's legal team had been through the executive's business dealings and found nothing that could threaten the President. And Mr. Giuliani has never, ever, misstated anything, nor changed positions while representing the President.

As the never Trumpers hover like vultures hoping and praying that something negative for Trump comes of this.

Pathetic.

Yes and every once in a while he makes even them happy.

According to the OP author, apparently the only thing that will make him happy is a dead Donald Trump.

Pathetic.

I believe that's a first for BB.

Well, I admit that your search skills are better than mine. The first page of google was nothing but June, except for a less than informative hit piece by a local NY paper.
