Tell me brother, what does the congress need to do to have the debt clock reverse itself and start going down?
So you are blaming Trump and he didnt even start yet, lol. Be more specific on your tax proposals, like cut this amount of spending from this and this will reverse the debt clock.....Impeach Trump for starters. Impose severe tax measures to prohibit frivolous spending. Reverse giveaways to other countries.

How has your life changed in the past 8 years when the deficit went from 10 trillion to 20 trillion due to this increase? I keep hearing how "unacceptable" and "unsustainable" this increasing is!! But guess what? It has been increasing tremendously for the past 50 years and everything goes on just the same........Remember when 10 trillion was the end of the country? Wolf crying, nothing more.....My question to you is where do you expect to get the money & how do you plan to both allocate it & then pay it back?
2017 - 8 = 2009.How has your life changed in the past 8 years when the deficit went from 10 trillion to 20 trillion due to this increase? You missed 2008 (Yes it was under the Bush watch) when a bubble burst.
I lost about 20% of my frozen assets before I defrosted and liquidated them.
Many people lost much more.
There are more bursting bubbles to come.
Legally printing "counterfeit" money by our government only postpones the inevitable.
It's like you or I or anyone who maxes out a credit card then gets another, another, another....
Another 2008 is on its way no doubt and will probably be more devastating unless we can actually decrease the deficit.
My unprofessional financial opinion of course.

You missed my question. In 2008 the deficit was 10 trillion and you said a bubble busted and you lost lots of your money, I guess you are blaming this on the deficit. Here we are 9 years later and the deficit is 20 trillion. So have you gained wealth in the past 9 years as the deficit has risen to 20 trillion? Now I don't have any wealth so the 2008 bubble bust did not effect my nest egg, I didn't have any, but my friends who did say they have gotten their losses back since then and then some. So what does any of this have to do with the deficit? You missed 2008 (Yes it was under the Bush watch) when a bubble burst.
Doesn't matter. It's not going to change. Do you want to make a wager that in ten years it will be at least 25 trillion? And they will all still be crying "we cannot sustain this!!!!!!". And as I demonstrated, nobody has an answer as to how to reverse it.....But that is not fiscally responsible, is it?
I don't know, I was simply relating what I knew by experience about the flailing economy. You missed my question. Have you noticed there aren't too many Christians in the Congress, so they don't care and the deficit will not reverse itself EVER!Nuclear war will stop it. Being in debt will start it. As a Christian, how does the gospel address debt?
Well, did you get your money back over the past 9 years?I don't know, I was simply relating what I knew by experience about the flailing economy.

Here's the current scientific consensus:Obama gives away another 500 million dollars of tax payers money for phony climate change initiatives . And they keep saying "how are we going to pay for a wall?"
Here's the current scientific consensus:
A survey of 3146 earth scientists asked the question "Do you think human activity is a significant contributing factor in changing mean global temperatures?" (Doran 2009). More than 90% of participants had Ph.D.s, and 7% had master’s degrees. Overall, 82% of the scientists answered yes. However, what are most interesting are responses compared to the level of expertise in climate science. Of scientists who were non-climatologists and didn't publish research, 77% answered yes. In contrast, 97.5% of climatologists who actively publish research on climate change responded yes. As the level of active research and specialization in climate science increases, so does agreement that humans are significantly changing global temperatures.

So what is your level of scientific expertise in climatology that supports your conclusion? Do you know that Galileo was put under house arrest for the last two years of his life by the church for accepting Copernicus' theory that the Earth is not the center of the solar system or of the universe?
Well it was a wash. Technically - no - because I would have made much more had I not had to rescue my retirement fund.Well, did you get your money back over the past 9 years?

NO.What do you mean a wash? It's simple math. Say you lost 100 dollars in 2008 in 401K investments, then over the next nine years you gained 100 dollars in 401K investments. My question was did you get your money back that you lost over the past nine years?
