You can’t order a gun on the Internet and have it shipped to your house all Amazon Prime-like. If you purchase online you must go to an FFL and the transaction is only completed after you pass your background check in the store. I’ve purchased several guns this way.

There is no such thing as a “loophole.” Everything is regulated. I’ve written at length on this:

I was listening to CNN radio while driving around today and was shocked to hear them fact-check this allegation by Obama. Even they said Obama's claim that online purchases of guns can be done without a background check was a false statement.

Remember, CNN was clueless about guns when reporting on San Bernardino. They said automatic weapons were used that fired .223 mm rounds. LOL!

Yes. It is a .223 CALIBER not a .223 MILLIMETER round as was claimed.

Holy curds! My bad! Apparently my brain couldn't conceive 223mm, so automatically converted it to .223 caliber.

Unbelievable. I carried 40mm HE for an M203; the A-10 uses a 30mm cannon; just, unbelievable.

And the sad part is, the average person sees these mistakes, and just accepts them as fact.
