Obama reveals what "Change" Means

"our individual salvation depends on our collective salvation"- when speaking about his faith and belief.
That is one scary video, stuff that has come from Obama and his wife.
It looks like the loss of individualism, and the beginning of socialism. And we hear it from his own mouth.

I refuse to believe for one second that Obama or McCain has gotten specific about anything

Especially religion.... I agree, Obama wouldn't make a good pastor or even Sunday school teacher.

It's just more proof that Obama is not a Christian and is cynically trying to use his "faith" to capture the votes of Christians.

Sadly, as demonstrated right here on BB, it's working.

This is an election in a democracy. Trash like your statement has no place i9n a free country. My Christianity does not depend on who I vote for in this election. Would you rather have a Fascist country in which we had only "THE PARTY" candidate on the ballot. It sounds like you would.

You mean like Bush did? He gained a lot of votes because of his religious convictions then what?

Tell, can guarantee everyone in your Church is theologically sound? Including the ones who barely attend since they are campaigning for election?

If they run for president of the US cynically using their faith to garner votes from Christians, as Obama has, they will reveal themselves just as he has.

Many Christians , like you, have let their politics blind them to the evil before their eyes.

Where in the Bible does it say to believe and have correct theology?

If you believe in the Lord Jesus Christ you're a Christian. It has nothing to do with politics.

Obama has revealed that he is his own god and his own conscience as his only judge.

His only belief in Jesus is on an intellectual level. He knows of Christ but he doesn't know Him.

You are letting your politics blind you to the evil of the Obama.

Political decisions are no different than any other life decisions. Political decisions are moral decisions. Saying you believe and actually believing are not always the same thing. We are under no obligation to take anyone's word for it. There must and always is evidence.

My bible tells me the demons believe, and they tremble. Are they saved ?

I think you miss heaven by six inches, or so, with that belief. The distance between the head, and the heart.

Interesting. What criteria do you use to determine which statements belong in a free country and which ones don't?

My Christianity does not depend on who I vote for in this election.

Agreed, but what does your vote say, if anything, about your Christianity?

How do you get from the Obama statement to Fascism? I'd like to understand the logical leap required to do that.
