Once again, the man elected to run this nation fails to accept responsibility (on 60 Minutes) for his failure to take ISIS seriously as he blames another person and agency for his poor handling of Iraq. This man has no shame, and does not know what "the buck stops here" means!

If he could he'd blame Bush, but that grew old over six years,. What do you think of his "blame others" behavior?

It's been known since 2009 that Obama gets his daily briefings in writing.

The reason: So no one can ever testify that they personally told him anything.

He had the info. He was warned. He's a liar.

It's in his genes to never take the blame for anything. There will be a lot of blowback on this. The intelligence community knows they gave him everything he needed to make actionable decisions. They will not stand idly by and let the liar-in-chief shift the blame.

He just failed to do so. He doesn't have a teleprompter in the oval office to tell him what to say or do.

Um, Bush and Powell both have blamed faulty intel in preparing to invade Iraq. They don't exactly shy away from it.

A new Government Accountability Institute (GAI) report reveals that President Barack Obama has attended only 42.1% of his daily intelligence briefings (known officially as the Presidential Daily Brief, or PDB) in the 2,079 days of his presidency through September 29, 2014.

The GAI report also included a breakdown of Obama’s PDB attendance record between terms; he attended 42.4% of his PDBs in his first term and 41.3% in his second.

The GAI’s alarming findings come on the heels of Obama’s 60 Minutes comments on Sunday, wherein the president laid the blame for the Islamic State’s (ISIS) rapid rise squarely at the feet of his Director of National Intelligence James Clapper.
