Obama to Boehner: 'We Don't Have a Spending Problem'

Boehner added that President Obama continues to maintain that America’s federal deficit is caused not by governmental overspending but by “a health-care problem.” Said Boehner, “They blame all of the fiscal woes on our health-care system.” Boehner told Obama, “Clearly we have a health-care problem, which is about to get worse with Obamacare. But, Mr. President, we have a very serious spending problem.” Obama eventually replied, “I’m getting tired of hearing you say that.”

If it's not said, maybe folks will no longer think it's a problem. All sorts of diagnosed diseases "go away" if you just don't talk about them.

Unfortunately he's the President that the people elected and he and his policies are what the people deserve.

Odd that the story says "reportedly told Boehner" for just that one statement.

But it's Obama. Why would anyone be surprised that he thinks health care is the problem. The only way the healthcare of private individuals is the problem is if he's talking about the gazillions of dollars being spent on entitlements.

I love our President. He's funny and he's all ours.:applause:

Don't do it EW&F. If you start banging your head over the stuff that comes out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, you're gonna get a serious concussion.

I will be sure to take allot of blood thinners prior to doing it....dont want a blood clot!:BangHead:

Uhmmm, does that picture in the link define Obama's view of anyone who disagrees with him? Be sure to take a close look at his expression before deciding.

It'd be funny if it wasn't so serious. He's proven that is his attitude towards people who disagree with him , the Constitution, and anything else that stands in his way.

They tell me this hand gesture was started by my ancestors who were told by the French that they would catch the Welsh longbowmen & cut off their 3rd finger off so they could not fire arrows. Over the years the gesture got adapted. Its fun to go back in history!

I believe we can safely say that Obama finally admitted what we all already knew.

He's not interested in reducing spending at all. AAMOF He's interested in doing exactly the reverse.

Ergo...tax increase after tax increase. And he really doesn't care who it comes from. His tax increases on the middle class have far outweighed the ones on the rich he fought so hard to get.

But the middle class has always been an easy target for liberals. They're just not that vocal.

They're occupied by making a living in difficult times, they're not paying close attention and are largely powerless to prevent their continued financial abuse by liberals seeking to remain in power.

Well said, I have to agree with you. I was taught that same thing in grade school, HS and college. But what has kept me believing it is what I've seen in life.
