Officials say suspect in killings of California deputies was deported twice

Time to SUE the Feds?
With this latest news, if I had lost a loved one to a convicted illegal who was deported not once BUT twice, I'd file a law suit against the feds for not enforcing the laws, which directly resulted in the murder of my loved one. Of course, I'd name president 's Clinton, Bush and Obama.
Would these two cops be alive today had the feds enforced border laws? I have to argue "yes!"
Maybe like all the cop shootings and beatings of citizens have shown light on a glaring problem in law enforcement gone bad...this murder of two cops by a twice deported illegal should place our lack of enforcement on the borders by the government.
This has to be reeled in by INS, because it will only get worse.
