Ignoring the personal insults (which, admittedly, was hard), it was an interesting thread but which it seems has vanished like the crew of the Marie Celeste. Where's it gone, and why? Enquiring minds wish to know...

It was closed (by DHK I think) due to its drifting off topic and degenerating into a series of personal attacks. Then I moved it into the Free-For-All Archives. There was no point keeping a closed thread full of insults up on the active forum.
