NARROW PATH EDITORIAL..
upload_2019-9-18_21-2-55.png .
POOR, poor Ms. Raggedy Top. She believes that the President "put her life at risk?!" I sure hate to break it to little Ms. Omar but the truth of the matter is, her loose lips, and brain dead, half-baked ideas have painted a political target on her back. Her front. Her sides. And every other angle available.

What the freshman Congressperson needs to learn is to keep her little mouth shut as she observes and gleans from those on all sides of her who have years of valuable experience. By doing this, her native head wrap will one day be full of wisdom, not empty hot air, and in turn she just may become a valuable fixture in Congress, and back home in the district/regain she was elected and entrusted to serve with dignity and hard work.

However, because Ms. Raggedy top has chosen to come out of the gates blasting the President and every other Republican she comes across on her path to Congress, her fate and hopes for a second term may be all but swallowed up by her propensity, to spout sarcastic remarks and half-baked theories meant only to divide and hopefully gain her instant recognition as the greatest thing to come along since the age-old Tootsie Pop sucker. You know the sucker with a soft caramel-chocolate goo in the center of the hardened sucker candy shell. About the only resemblance between Ms. Omar and a Tootsie Pop is her resemblance to the hard-shell candy shell portion of the sucker. You see; many of her constituents are about now feeling like that Tootsie Pop. In that Ms. Omar "suckered" them to vote for her.

However, like that old .................. song, "Time" still could be on her side if she repented of her puffed-up egotistical self, and humbled herself by rolling up her sleeves and working to make her seat in DC work for those who sent her there with their most treasured American gift. The power of voice through one single vote!!!

Rep. Ilhan Omar says Trump administration ‘cannot be trusted’ to be transparent about Iran

We just might be lucky enough to be rid of all "The Squad" after this election, except for AOC, who's in a "safe" district. (There's always gonna be some crabgrass in the Congressionai yard.)

I predict they will all be gone, including that towel top wearing female. I heard her district was surprised with her anti-American approach to conducting business.

She also claimed that her life is at risk from those on the right. So if something were to happen to her, why should she worry? Wouldn't she automatically go to paradise if she were martyred? Now I know the men get a bunch of virgins, I wonder what females get?

Muhammad said that most women go to hell.

Omar is not her real name. She apparently married her brother. She is living with a married man--in that she is like Kamala Harris who slept with Willie Brown to get to the top.

Isn't it a wonderful Christian witness that you mock her for wearing a head covering as a emblem of modesty and status?

"That old [what] song"?
You are a real piece of work, touting her show of modesty and status. Divorced, married her brother, scammed immigration, has an affair while she’s remarried to the first guy, who can keep up with this modest woman?

Then you need to defend the other portion of the squad who is obviously another modest Muslim woman, who held a small rally on the lawn of the Capital selling t shirts that said this:
Democrat Rep. Rashida Tlaib Leads Protesters in Profane Chant of 'Impeach the Motherf-cker' on Capitol Hill (VIDEO)

You are not a truth teller, you are a deceiver. You deceive yourself, which is the worst part. The rest of us can easily see it, but you are blind. You need a lot of self reflection before you come here to defend yourself, because your arguments are not getting it done for you. As usual, you show up when you think Trump is going down. More delusion.

Wonder if FGM is part of Mohammed's modesty law? J.D.Greear says Christians & Muslims worship the same god, which is false.

I hope you're right, but I AOC seemstabee in a 'safe' district unless she lets her mouth overload her backside, as the diaper-heads have done.

The hajib is worn to prevent rape. However, a woman can only prove rape with about 4 male witnesses as the testimony of women is useless. Omar deserves death for marrying her brother and committing adultery as a married woman with a married man. Therefore, she should return to Somalia for a proper trial.

You are a real piece of work...

Thank you for recognizing it.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them.” - Ephesians 2:10

...touting her show of modesty and status.
It is a part of her Somali culture. It indicates she is married (like wedding rings for many of us) and covering her hair goes with the ancient belief that a woman’s hair inflames the passions of men. Women who are not allowed to have their heads covered are either slaves or women who are prostitutes.

That’s also the cultural background in which Paul advised the women in the Corinthian congregations to wear head covering when when they participated in preaching before the church. It distinguished them from the pagan priestesess of the culture and honored the women (many of whom were slaves or had disreputable pasts) as someone with high standing before God and His people.

Divorced, married her brother, scammed immigration, has an affair while she’s remarried to the first guy, who can keep up with this modest woman?
Even if all those wild accusations are true, what do you expect from a lost person? I don’t remember Jesus telling us to mock people. What’s next, are you going to demand that those who have committed sin in their marital past not wear their wedding rings?

Then you need to defend the other portion of the squad...
If someone is making fun of their appearance, then I will.

You are not a truth teller, you are a deceiver.
Thats quite interesting. I point out that it is not Christlike to mock people based on their appearance and you accuse me of being a liar. I think you don’t have a good handle on the teachings of Jesus, nor reality.

You deceive yourself, which is the worst part. The rest of us can easily see it, but you are blind.
I think what you mean to say is that I am upholding an unpopular position here in Baptistboard, simply because you Trump-enablers and conspiracists have chased everyone else away.

You claim I am blind, but you don’t seem to understand the scriptures or what is happening in the real world of objective truth.

You need a lot of self reflection before you come here to defend yourself, because your arguments are not getting it done for you.
Rational arguments are useless against those who are committed to not changing their minds.

As usual, you show up when you think Trump is going down.
You are imagining things. The reason I disappear for weeks at a time is that I have a life and responsibilities outside of this forum. I recently became unemployed and I had to hustle for a new job. I started a new job yesterday.

I’m not retired, nor am I a pastor who has a congregation supporting them so I can spend my days trying to be a big shot online.

so you need to set aside your wild speculation and actually pay attention to what I am saying so you can determine whether or not it is true. All you have done here is launch a personal attack and throw out some allegations regarding Omar.

More delusion.
Look in the mirror.

Her diaper on her head is a symbol of her devotion to Islam.
I believe it is called a shaash. It is a part of her Somali culture. It indicates she is married (like wedding rings for many of us) and covering her hair goes with the ancient belief that a woman’s hair inflames the passions of men.

Well, ACTUALLY, it's part of her Islamic beliefs. Many non-Somali Moslem women wear diapers on their heads as well. They're called by various names, according to their types, such as hijab, niqab, burka,al-amira, shayla, chador & khimar.

The most-concealing is the burka, which is outlawed in some non-islamic nations because it hides the wearer's ID & can be used to conceal weapons. (Sometimes, small men wear them for anomynity, while committing criminal acts, such as suicide bombings.)

Again, part of some Islamic cultures.

This isn't Somalia, so Omar doesn't need to wear one, except it's part of her Islamicity.

They’re not diapers. You go out of your way to be insulting to others, hardening yourself against other people made in the image of God. Is that the way of Jesus? Obviously not.

This isn't Somalia, so Omar doesn't need to wear one...
And you are not required to wear a wedding ring. Nor are you required to wear any symbolic religious jewelry. Nor carry a Bible. Nor pray in public. Nor attend church.

If someone criticized you for doing any of the things I listed about you would claim persecution, and you would be correct.

Why don’t you extend even the smallest level of benign goodwill toward Ms. Omar and critique her on her words and actions, not her ethnic background, religion, or mode of dress?

Jesus commanded us to love our enemies. I can’t imagine how mocking her head covering is doing that.

Your moral policing of this entire post and its contirbutttttors is admirable. aBut me thinks you may be outnumbered by Amnericans who do not see the rag top ladies in such an acceptable place as you. BUT, don't stop trying to correct our poor social views of others. It is your right, and maybe even your way of trying to be the voice of reason amongst us who do not view America quite as you do!

I agree. She seems insecure without her rag top cover. Too bad she is so insecure with her religion.
