We find something that we agree on. Common ground.

Mark 10:14, ". . . Allow the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God."
    What is one's presupposition?
    That little children are innocent?
My persupposition is they are covered by Christ's work on the cross.

We both believe the Scripture. We disagree that Paul made an argument that Romans 3:10 refers to all people.

Calvinists and non-Calvinists come from different presuppositions. And individuals may also have different presuppositions as a Calvinist or a non or an anti Calvinist.

So do you believe that babies are born without sin? Further, do you believe that those under the age of twelve are not accountable?
You did not answer those questions.

Do you know where those ideas might be Bible based?

They are not Bible-based. They originate from the bowels of Pelagianism.

Romans 9:11, ". . . (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth; ) . . ."

Mark 5:23, ". . . And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death: I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live. . . ."

Luke 8:42, ". . . For he had one only daughter, about twelve years of age, and she lay a dying. But as he went the people thronged him. . . ."

Mark 10:14, ". . . But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Allow the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. . . ."
