Opposite of poverty

Was listening to a PBS promo for Bill Moyers:

"The opposite of poverty is not wealth -
the opposite of poverty is justice."

Thoughts?

I'd guess Moyer equates poverty with injustice.
Biblically this is not true.
There were some very righteous and faithful people that lived in poverty.

Although many today are poor due to a variety of circumstances, I think poverty today is often closely associated with ignorance and sloth.
