VERY ODD (possible evidence fraud occurred) that the Republicans are being favored in PA state legislatures of house and senate so strongly, yet Pennsylvanians voted to elect Biden as much as they supposedly did.

Highly unlikely. Usually down ballot votes are just a little less than the top of the ticket.
