Peter blamed only those who were present at the time....

And all the people answered and said, His blood be on us, and on our children. Mt 27:25

So what do you think? How many generations of Jews lived the curses of Lev 26 & Dt 28 down through the last two millennia?

Ky, you are the one doing the smearing and slandering. Your antisemitism is clearly evident in your posts. Shame on you!!!!

No, you are mistaken in your mind that your Golden Calf is beyond reproach and when it becomes apparent it is not you squeal like a little girl.

You are antisemitic and when called on it you resort to insults which only proves your true character.

Take note of the redundancy of the message from the Comforter in convicting the Jews; 'YOU KILLED HIM, BUT GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD:'
OK but it still doesn't negate the fact that BOTH Jews and Gentiles were His killers according to the word of God.

Judas delivered Him to the high priest who delivered Him to Pontius Pilate who actually allowed His death to be legal in Caesar's eyes.

If Vlad Putin, or any of a number of world despots were taken out in a military manner, I might do some celebratin'.

It's all a matter of who's ox is being gored.

Yes, I think we all smiled when Saddam Hussein was dragged out of his foxhole, when Osama bin Laden was killed, Moammar Kaddafi (Qaddafi, Ghaddafi, whatever...) was killed.

OK but the Holy Spirit still places the blame squarely on the Jews:

"ye by the hand of lawless men did crucify and slay"

...the Romans were but tools to accomplish the crime.

Understood, but they do share some of the the blame.

John 19
10 Then saith Pilate unto him, Speakest thou not unto me? knowest thou not that I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee?
11 Jesus answered, Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above: therefore he that delivered me unto thee hath the greater sin.

OK, forget 'blame', concerning 'accountibility', there's no mention of Roman bloodguiltiness here:

and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him. Lu 24:20

No mention of Roman bloodguiltiness here:

...the Jews; who both killed the Lord Jesus and the prophets, and drove out us, and pleased not God, and are contrary to all men; 1 Thess 2:14,15

No mention of Roman bloodguiltiness here:

35 that upon you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of Abel the righteous unto the blood of Zachariah son of Barachiah, whom ye slew between the sanctuary and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.
37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killeth the prophets, and stoneth them that are sent unto her!..... Mt 23:35

No mention of Roman bloodguiltiness here:

And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints, and of all that have been slain upon the earth. Rev 18:24

I'm sorry but this is inexcusable. They were worshipping. They were butchered in their house of worship.

I'm honestly floored by what I read by this poster. Incredible.

Exactly which post here has floored you annsi?

Granted, it's become a little off topic between HankD and I, but in no way am I condoning or excusing the evil that occurred at this synagogue.

There is no moral equivalent to what happened in Israel and what happened in Iraq.

You must be LYING about me. Show me where I said there was a moral equivalency between Iraq and what happened in Israel. Show me where I used the words "moral equivalency".
