In the OT, unrepentant sons were stoned outside the gate--by their fathers, Deut. 21:22-23. The responsibility for proper discipline and accountability still falls to the father. Many have abdicated their God given thrones.

Yes. They tried to get the local Sheriff to evict him, but were informed that it required a court order to evict a relative ... that's how they ended up in court.

They're weak parents or it wouldn't have taken them so long to give him the boot. They may give in.

IMHO - they went out of the way to help their son- but now the point of no return has been reached.

I hope you're right. I watched an interview with the son. He thinks he's entitled.

Yeah, and he thinks he's some sort of media public relations person....and he's not.

I told him I would like the opportunity to sit down and talk to him
We do have some things in common - (for one, we went to the same high school)

Well, Mike was gone shortly before the deadline of Noon - today.
Local news showed him packing up his vehicle with his last few bags.
He is putting most of his belongings in storage.
Just as he was getting ready to leave- had to call a friend to jumpstart his car!

and from what I could tell, he did not talk that much to the media.

I trust he received my letter - as I would still like to talk to him.

This man needs a lot of prayer.
