There is no violation of the 1st Amendment. Violation of terms and service received consequences. His freedom of speech isn’t being squelched. He has access to this small little inconsequential thing called the White House press and their corps. He whipped them into a frenzy and then gave a speech after it was over to go home because by then he got exactly what he wanted from then. Reports even saying he was baffled why others weren’t as excited as he was while it was going on.
