So when Mordechai went to Esther, who was talked into influencing Xerxes, was that "clearly not trust God"? So that was wrong?

You say "trust God with the results." God has a habit of using men and women to get those results.

Maybe you don't understand what the word jockey means in the context in which I used it?

We have to remember, if we allow the government to discriminate against Islam, the same principles of discrimination will eventual be used on us. Haun says that Islam doesn't deserve to be treated as a religion. That same type of statements can be used about us. We have seen many Christian groups called hate groups for not supporting abortion or gay marriage. The ERLC and IMB are just protecting themselves.

...as in "struggling to achieve something"? Esther struggled....she was scared. They then used the law in there favor to allow them to kill woulld be attackers....sounds like jockeying to me.

Jesus said the world will hate us because they have world hated Him first. It's really carnal to think that we're going to Jackie our way into a favorable position when he's already said that won't be the case

This IMB thing is not simply struggling to achieve something.
It's an issue of carnal men putting a U.S. constitutional ideal ahead of scripture.

Do we see anything in scripture where believers were instructed to start asking the Romans for help to build a synagogue for the Jews? Maybe petition the Romans to build a new road right up to it? Then the Believers would be in a better position to go to Jerusalem and seek favor from the Jews to proselytize?

Right, I see that one all over scripture

So doing what Esther did, is not to be repeated? Should we not oppose abortion? Perhaps we should not vote either.....since we are directly inserting our will into the government through that process.

Paul spoke to Felix about righteousness and self control. Sounds like he was using Christian ideals to influence government. That is Scripture.

What Scripture did the IMB go agaisnt?

Your arguments are not in the same context as the statements I have made.

Go back and read the thread, and read all the comments I've made. And if you don't understand, that's not my fault.

So no Scripture violation. .....and Paul did try to influence government....which is in Scripture....and now you dont want to talk about. Got it.

In context to OP article. The ERLC and IMB are doing nothing different than what Paul or Esther did. They all are trying to influence government.

I have already provided the scripture. It's in this thread already, in my previous comments. If you're too lazy to go back and read the thread, that's not my fault. You do the work to answer the questions you have because my answers are already in this thread

Now the burden is on you to prove the either Esther or Paul were petitioning any government for favor on behalf of a false religion

Hahahaha. Must have been good if you can't repeat it. Guess Paul and Esther violated it to. So the IMB and ERLC are in good company.

No....the IMB and ERLC are doing it to protect Christians. Straw man argument there. Its not about a false religion.

Are you trying to say they didn't go to bat for a Muslim Mosque to be built?

And they went to bat for the Muslim mosque in hopes that that will reciprocate when they go to petition Muslim governments for favor when Christians to go proselytize

There isn't anything like that in Scripture, and it is a bastardization of scripture to suggest that there is. You have absolutely zero cases in scripture where something like this has happened

If you allow the government to attack Islam....they will eventually come at us. Maybe you should have read my post where I explained this. Cant help it if your are too "lazy" to do the work and read it. ;)
