1 John 5:6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.

7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.

9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son. KJV

    NASB below

1 John 5:6 This is the One who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and with the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth. 7 For there are three that testify: 8 the Spirit and the water and the blood; and the three are in agreement. 9 If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater; for the testimony of God is this, that He has testified concerning His Son.

By removing the actual verse 7 in the scripture as the KJV has it, where and how is the witness of God be greater than all the witnesses of men in the earth regarding His Son?

Is it any wonder why there are many who argue against the existence of the Triune God and deny the deity of Jesus Christ just because we gloss over this offense that Jesus prophesied about that people that do not love Him, will not keep His words nor the words of His disciples?

And so since there is evidence of omission as well as wresting the scriptures as Peter testified, then maybe we should discern what is not aligning in scriptures to see His words from that which is something most believers just gloss that is causing others to go astray by in support of false teachings and supernatural apostate phenomenon that is not the real indwelling Holy Spirit but that spirit of the antichrist that is in the world seeking to seduce believers into chasing after them to receive again for a sign, thinking that was the Holy Spirit when God is not the author of confusion in any church of the saints for why the real indwelling Holy Ghost would keep our eyes on the Son in honoring Him in worship if we wish to heed His words in honoring the Father by..

It is not. The man, the Apostle John would have written ,verse 7 to men. Now, how, why and what tbe Father, Word and Holy Spirit witnessed in Heaven it would not have been explained.
