PERFECTION IN GOD
Hebrews 10.1-14
Just like in Hebrews 8.5 Paul reminded us about the Laws of Rituals, that they are only a shadow of the Good Things to come from Heaven, but themselves they are not the form of Original Heavenly Spiritual Things, the physical rituals cannot make anyone on Earth perfect in his or her worship and service of GOD (1).
This means that physical earthly Rituals, Customs, and Ceremonies only represent much higher and much more important Spiritual Things that are in Heaven (Revelation 3.12, 11.19, 14.15-17-18, 15.5, 21.22).
So why the representation of the Spiritual Things on Earth in form of physical Rituals cannot make us perfect in our worship and service of GOD? Because physical Rituals what written in the Book of the Law of Moses as Commandments and as Orders to do them cannot be understood without full understanding of their Spiritual nature, substance, context, and meaning.
Those who perform and serve Spiritual Things in Heaven, they do it by their spirits with completely different attitude, matter, and feelings. Angels serve Heavenly Spiritual Things from their spirit, by the spirit, and out of their spirit with great love, joy, zeal, and passion for their GOD, fully knowing the meaning of their worship and service, with full understanding of that they are doing, and because of it they are perfect in their worship and service of their GOD.
Perfection in worship and service of GOD can be only achieved from the spirit of the worshiper and not by the Order and Command of the written Law. Because we do not fully understand the Original Spiritual Heavenly Things in Heaven represented on Earth in physical things and rituals, we will never be perfect in our earthly physical worship and service of GOD. As long as we are still physical, we will be never achieving spiritual perfection if we worship and service GOS according to the Word of the Law and not according to our own spirit. Only being Spiritual and understand Spirituality of the Law, only then we will achieve our level of our Spiritual perfection in GOD.
The Sacrifice of Jesus Christ was PERFECT Sacrifice (14) like no other. It was not only the Physical Sacrifice of Blood and Death according to Ritualistic Physical Law of Moses, but also it was a Spiritual Sacrifice, because everyone who in his/her heart and soul believe in the absolute and ultimate Sacrifice of Jesus Christ to His GOD Father for our sins, and repent and ask for forgiveness from the heart (from own spirit), it surely will be granted to him/her from the One to Whom the ultimate Sacrifice of Christ was made, from the Father of Jesus Christ in Heaven.
WRITING ON THE HEARTS
Hebrews 10.16
In verse 16 Paul gave another perfect example of the Spiritual worship and service of GOD quoting the Words of GOD, 'I will put My Laws upon their *heart, and upon their mind I will write them.'

We, as very imperfect human beings, corrupt and sinful in our nature, we will never be able to achieve high Spiritual level by ourselves in our worship and service of GOD, which is GOD actually required from us. For this reason, GOD Himself will select and convert a special group of people from their inferior physical beings into superior Spiritual beings without taking their physical lives, by writing His Laws on their hearts (souls).
GOD will put in their souls Spirituality of Love, Faith, Mercy, Compassion, Forgiveness, Hope, and Spiritual joy into their souls which will possess them and will guide them in the Spiritual Worship and Service of GOD all their lives, on Earth and in Heaven, forever (16). This action of "writing on the hearts" will make such people Perfect in Love for GOD and acceptable by their Creator.
GOOD DEEDS
Hebrews 10.24
And of course, Paul never forgets about importance of the Good Deeds that always serve as a proof, testimony, evidence, verification, and conformation of the true Faith in GOD of everyone who perform them from the Love, from the Heart, and from the Joy of doing Good Deeds for others in the Name of the Lord.
In the same way the Faith of a person proven by Good Deeds indicate that such a person is a man or women of GOD. There is no any other way to prove your dedication and Faith in GOD by any other means possible.
