I’m not sure when Trump made his statement, but this shows that early on there was a possibility of Alabama eventually being affected. Candidate Obama once said he had visited 57 states and Biden’s gaffes are well known. They all say silly things every now and then. First post, woohoo!

The word petty, which is an adjective, comes from the noun, pettifogger.

If you want to get all 16th century on everyone, you could substitute the word pettifoggering for petty. I like that word. Pettifoggering.

But Obama had an excuse, as he’s not really from the US. Kenya and Indonesia are more his bag. Besides, some suggest he may have been confusing the number of US states with those of the OIC (Organization of The Islamic Conference). All of that makes far more sense than faulting Trump for including Alabama in Dorian's forecast.

But these Progressive Left Dems are a desperate lot, like cutthroat pirates after booty, but with far lower moral standards—bottomless by all measures.
