More attacks. You don't know how to engage in dialog without them, do you. I don't set policy any more than you do. And FYI, I proudly served in the US Army defending your freedom.

Well whoop tee do! I, 5 brothers, my father and uncle, and innumerable cousins served in the military defending the country [Some giving their lives.] so that there was a US Army for you to serve in.

And I am still against the Socialism that the democrats have forced on the nation since FDR and his Great Depression.

Actually, you have to go back to the first Roosevelt president - Teddy - for the movement toward progressivism/socialism.

In Missile ‘Backdown,’ Obama Moves Toward War on Iran

Posted by Daniel McAdams on September 18, 2009 07:41 AM

...

The warmongering Washington Post lustfully suggests this “backdown” from confrontation with Russia over the missiles may be the bait to goad Russia into a more cooperative position toward the US/Israeli steady move to war on Iran. As the Post notes, there is no reason for those opposed to Obama’s Bushian foreign policy of aggression and military confrontation to cheer this announcement: The new missiles will be “based on the Navy’s Aegis system will be geographically closer to Iran, will be deployed sooner and will be more cost-effective than the land-based system put forward by the Bush administration. ” So Obama is doing war even better than Bush, and the Washington Post cheers!

Most likely, this US move was delayed payment for Russia agreeing to allow trans-shipment of US military equipment through Russia to Afghanistan. Nothing is free and there has not yet been any evidence of US payment for this “favor.”

Bush only got into the guard through the influence of his father. He jumped ahead of 100 men on the waiting list. Then he went AWOL during war time. Kerry on the other hand was an officer in Nam. You don't ever speak the truth OR.

You may be right. Certainly SN and poncho would agree. I do know that you would have to go back to the passage of the 16th amendment. I believe that was the vehicle that allowed the Feds to eliminate the sovereignty of the states for all practical purposes. Fortunately a few states are taking baby steps to stand on their own feet again.

There was a LOT of stuff going on in 1913, wasn't there? :/

That is a proven lie "whoever"

Kerry on the other hand was an officer in Nam.
"swift boat" Kerry was guilty of treason just like Jane Fonda. Sometime after his return return from Viet Nam he gave aid and comfort to the enemy by repeating lies about atrocities in Viet Nam. He told similar lies about the troops in Iraq.

You don't ever speak the truth OR.
i speak the truth "whoever" when I point out that you are guilty of deception, of posting lies, and of blasphemy against the country I love..

I would never denigrate your service. But thanks for once again self identifying as one who does that to the service of others. News flash...you didn't create the army pal. And I served gladly, and enlisted, not conscripted.

MP,
At least I thought you could read. Did I imply that I created the army? The point is if it were not for the sacrifice of the men who served in WWII there would have been no US Army for you to serve in; not even a United States for you and like minded people to convert to the United Socialist States of America.

A quote from the article. Obama's plan could serve as a deterrent to both Iran and Russia. I don't think that was within the scope of Bush's iniative.

Secretary of Defense Robert Gates said he still sees a chance for Poles and Czechs to participate in the redesigned missile defense system.

Alatide, you really believe the Russians can be trusted? Why don't you ask the people in Georgia if Russia can be trusted.

Here is a photo of Russian tourists taken in the city of Dzhava, Georgia just last year.

"whoever" is what was called a pinko or "fellow traveler" in the old post WWII days. The facts only confuse them.
