Curious what factored into this? Siding with MS13, perhaps? Russia conspiracy backfiring? Open borders?

They are not reliable, no, but they do tend to indicate trends. And our polls generally are skewed toward democrats, so when a poll shows a Republican lead, it's usually a good sign.

It is good to see that someone is recognizing that demagogues cannot reign unchecked in a truly free society.
The more they see or imagine affirmations of their power, the more that the anti-theists (anti-accountability zealots, truth be known) in any political party show just how ugly and dangerous their intentions really are. Who would ever imagine we would have people in the elected leadership roles of our republic (given to us by God, mind you) not only railing against the God Who made us strong but openly, proudly declaring their intent to betray that republic and to punish anyone who stands in their way . . . ?
Yet that is exactly what the left has become.
Guess what?
They forgot to wait for the frog to die before they made the water too hot, and that frog is escaping.
