I don't have to. You are his defender so prove the analysis of others wrong. Show me a credible analysis where it shows the middle-class will pay lower taxes. You are being very dishonest.

Since when in the history of the US has the defender had to prove his innocence? It is the accuser who bears the burden of proof. Does the accuser of someone say to the jury, "I am sure you are smart jury. Look up the facts yourself."?

Also:

Someone that I will not name told me that you used to date her for ten years...

Since the accusation has been made now we will have to assume that it it true.
This is a very valid point. Using your own logic, CTB, we must now assume that this statement is true, and that the burden of proof is on your end since you are the defender. Unless you are willing to admit that you are wrong about who needs to show proof.

BTW, accusations without proof is slander.

I don't know if what you said is true or not. But I've not seen proof that it is, so until you show proof, it's not true.

Well, it would be very easy for Mitt to lay this whole issue to rest by simply releasing his tax returns.

BTW, accusations without proof is slander.

Again, Mitt could lay this whole thing to rest very quickly.

I guess those who screamed for Obama's birth certificate were guilty of slander. They had no proof and Hawaii's release of his birth certificate was proof they were wrong.

Firstly, I was not a "birther". Secondly, "He did it first!" is not a valid defense. Thirdly, being a citizen of America is something you have to prove to become president, so people were right to try and get the proof if it wasn't evident. It's not the same situation at all. Fourthly, whether or not he could lay it to rest does not place the burden of proof on him, or in this case, take it off of you. A lie is a lie, even if it can be easily refuted. And the burden of proof is is still on the accuser, not the accused. Nice try at dodging my post, and not directly addressing anything I said.

BTW, you could easily lay to rest the rumor that you dated a porn start for ten years if you'd just release your dating record. Doesn't it hurt to have your logic thrown in your face?

Poor Crabby!!
Sorta like the line from the old song from the 50's, "Charlie Brown"--
"WHY IS EVERYBODY PICKING ON ME?"
Crabby is trying so hard to be relevant and act like a grown-up, so go easy on him!!:tongue3::tongue3::tongue3:

Um...CTB? When I told you that Steve Jobs took a leave of absence while remaining identified as CEO, and posted some links to the stories, you wanted an actual link to the SCO documents that showed he was still identified as CEO. I posted them for you.

Now that someone asks you to do the same, you refuse?

Professor Crabby assigns homework, he doesn't do it.:tonofbricks:
