    More Confusion

As I said in one of my previous posts, the Holy Bible IS a dispensational book. The post above by Mr.Miller would seem to be further evidence of the disorganized mess (in my opinion) that one gets into when dispensational truth is ignored or rejected outright. Maybe it is just me but I could make very little sense of any of that both here OR on Mr.Millers website. I mean no disrespect to anyone but my loyalty and respect goes to the Word of God and its truths. It appears that "pastor" Anderson may have plenty of company out there in internet land. I pray that God will open your eyes to the Spirit of truth.

    Greg,
There's nothing in your post that addresses the point by Sanderson that
the Plagues are NOT part of the great tribulation! You speak in empty generalities!! Your assessment of my post as a "disorganized mess", without specifics, may reveal your total inability to speak to the point!!!

    Let's see if Sanderson responds.

I hope you are not holding your breath...
I personally feel all threads started by Spamderson should be closed, and he should be considered a troll...
He is only posting here to direct us to his ridiculous sermons...

Can you believe that he preached about the evils of the NIV on Christmas day?... This "pastor" has some serious problems.

    Let the scripture speak

:tonofbricks: :BangHead: The Bible obviously teaches a pre-tribulation rapture. I will let the scripture speak for itself.

1 Thessalonians 1:10 "and to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead - Jesus, who rescues us from the coming wrath."

    Pre-tribulation Rapture plain and simple..

    God Bless You all

    Post-Trib, Pre-Wrath

    _____________________________________________________________
    Thanks TinyTim,

I realize I shouldn’t hold my breath. In Nov.12-15 posts of Thread on Pictoral Chart of Revelation (posts #9,12), Sanderson didn’t answer the following:

Steven said: "The Truth is so Simple".

But his chart doesn't show the Trumpets or Plagues are NOT part of the tribulation nor why no mention of the DAY of God's wrath occurs until the signs of the 6th Seal launch the events of that DAY "after the great tribulation" as Jesus taught! Matt.24:29; Mark 13:24. He doesn't even support his view (also Pre-Trib view) that the Plagues are part of God's wrath!! This omission complicates whatever truth he is trying to convey!!!

His Chart fails to show what constitutes God's wrath or when it begins! His analysis of second-coming passages recognizes the rapture will happen on a single solar Day; but fails to support whatever his view is of the length of "God's Day of Wrath" (less than 3 1/2 years?)!! I find nothing "simple" or convincing about his time for the "rapture" which is "stuck" somewhere between Seal 6 and the first Trumpet!!!

Again, his chart's another example that fails to explain why 5 of the 7 Bowl-Plagues, in Sanderson’s view, are NOT just as much a part of the great tribulation as 5 of the 7 Seals or 5 of the 7 Trumpets! This so-called "simple" chart is best seen as evidence of one's "naivete"!! It puts the most devastating act of the great tribulation, as armies kill a third of mankind, at least 5 months after the End of the Age; but Jesus destroys them on the very DAY Seal Six opens!!!

In post #22, Nov.17, Herb Evans acknowledged Sanderson’s (as well as my) view that Mark 13:24-27 describes the Post-Trib rapture; and even said this view was OK: “If you want it to be a post-trib rapture, I have no problem with that…For you to blindside me and cause me to think you were siding with Anderson on Mark 13:27 being a pre-trib (?; post-trib) rapture to introduce your hobby horse into that discussion is petty”. -- Herb Evans

I had written: “Jesus gathers the saints TO heaven" at the second coming and at the same time angels "gather them FROM the heavenS"! The Greek texts states: "He gathers the Elect TO heaven (episunaxei; 3rd person singular) and "He sends (apostelei; 3rd person sing.) angels to complete the gathering FROM the heavenS"!! (episunaxousin; 3rd person plural)!!!

    Herb concluded:
Have that your way as long as this is post-trib stuff. My argument was with Anderson's take not this. You challenged me without an explanation that you were changing the subject”. -- Herb Evans

I mention this exchange (which was not a change of subject) because it shows the ambiguity of the Post-Trib, Pre-Wrath view! Sanderson’s view ignores that all the Martyrs “come out from the great tribulation” after the Beast's armies gather to Armageddon; after “chronos-time shall be no longer; after God’s mystery was finished in the Plagues; after the Plagues demonstrate God’s deeds (in the great tribulation) are just and holy; after they prove that the wicked refuse to repent and totally reject God’s mercy and after the last martyr has been killed"!! The panoramic view in the heavens and finally in the Three-Act Temple Drama builds to a climactic Hour of Deliverance for Saints and Destruction to the wicked on the same LAST DAY...with those who "mourn and who beg to escape left behind"!!! Luke 17:27-33; 21:36.

Herb Evans closed his post by showing the dilemma and indecision of the Pre-Trib view: "What's the last day? How many last days are there"? - Herb Evans

    Post-Trib, Pre-Wrath

    __________________________________________________________

We all believe in God's real truth. But note that "waiting" for His Son from
heaven is less than "watching" for His coming with our clothes intact when
armies gather to Armageddon and Jesus says: "Behold I am coming like a
thief. Blessed is he who WATCHES and keeps his garments...." Rev.16:15.

2 Thessalonians 1:10 "when He shall come IN THAT DAY to be glorified in His saints and to be admired in ALL them that believe (because of Paul's testimony of the Gospel)".

On the last DAY ALL the saints will be glorified who believe Paul's Gospel!
That DAY is when "He is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire taking vengeance on those who disobey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ"!! The Pre-Trib doctrine excludes Trib-Martyrs from being among ALL the Saints who come WITH Jesus!!!

Compare I Thess.3:13 with I Thess.4:13 and Rev.14:13! "ALL the saints include the souls of Tribulation Martyrs whom God brings WITH Jesus"!! Pre-Trib doctrine denies they are among those who "sleep in Jesus"!!!

My friend, these Martyrs will "serve God as Pillars in the Temple of heaven and reign with Christ for 1000 years"! Rev.3:10-12; Rev.7:14-17; Rev.20:4-6.

They must be raised up on the last day (as promised by Jesus; John 6:38-40) and become recipients of the highest reward that Jesus offers to the Church! Rev.3:12. He actually comes in glory to destroy all those whose hearts fail from fear and who refuse to repent at the Hour of Trial!! Jesus clearly puts this destruction and/or deliverance in the Hour "coming on all the inhabitants on all of the face of the earth after He appears"!!!

At Rev.3:10; Luke 21:25-36 many who are left behind will pray to escape!
This Hour is being inappropriately equated with the great tribulation!! These references, according to Jesus, describe what occurs "on the DAY He comes in power and great glory to be admired in and WITH all the Saints as He brings His rewards WITH Him"!!! I Thess.3:13; I Thess.4:13; Rev.14:13; 2 Thess.1:10; Matt.16:27; Rev.22:12.

You can debate with me all you want, but you cannot debate with the scripture. It states what it states. It makes it very plain and clear in 1 Thessalonians 1:10.

    God Bless You my brother

Wow. I don't think I've ever seen Sanderson reply to a thread as often as he has here! It was almost like a discussion or something!

My friend, I agree with you based on this single verse! This verse will be
still true to assure Trib Saints they are exempt from His wrath even as the last "Plague of God's Anger" (continued thumos; not orgay) allows those killing the Saints to invade Israel!! Beast-Worshipers will blaspheme God to the last day until Christ appears WITH ALL the Saints when "He brings His rewards WITH Him for every Believer and destroys these destroyers of earth"...and their flesh rots and they bow to the Almighty involuntarily!!!

The record now shows that Bro. Sanderson has started 25 threads
and made 51 posts. That means 26 posts to exisiting threads.
However, not all 26 posts were to threads he started.

Maybe the people on this board have seen and heard the history. As Ed has astutely observed:
It is not resorting to personal attacks. It is a matter of looking at the "historical" facts concerning Mr. Sanderson.

If we as BB members would stop responding to his threads, Mr Sanderson would go away.

    Saturneptune,

Your observation clearly applies to Sanderson, but advocates of the Pre-Wrath view are growing in numbers! One discussion group does not allow
anyone to post messages to them that supports the Post-Trib view of
the Rapture!! I have been told not to post!!!

I think I know the reason for their refusal to consider the Post-Trib view.

The Post-Trib view is the only correct Pre-Wrath view of the 2nd coming or of the Rapture because it alone treats BOTH as occuring on the same
12-Hour Day! The Post-Trib view alone recognizes that "no one enters
the Temple in heaven until the Last Plague empties in the air". Rev.15:8.
Angels are the exception because the 7 angels with the 7 last Bowls receive their Plagues after they come out of the Temple!!!

More on this may be seen in the Thread under "Seeking to Understand
Revelation" in the Bible Study Forum section.

Well, as my unschooled mama always said, "Hope for pretrib, be prepared for post trib. This way, you'll be ready for the tribulation if it comes first and pleasantly taken away if it's pretrib.

That sounds like a letter I read from Ruth Graham one time.

LOL - She probably DID get it from the Grahams but I just always remember her saying it whenever we talked about the end times. I think of that when there is an argument on the rapture/tribulation and, honestly, Christ is going to return and He's going to take me home (if I'm still alive when He comes) and there's nothing that I can say to make it pre or post trib. I honestly grew up pre trib but have changed my mind in the years since. BUT, even if I'm reading Scripture wrong, I'm prepared to go through hell on earth with the Lord's help and I'd be more than happy to go home early. ;)
